The lovely Inez Francis King was born to Louvine and Noah King, on December 28, 1948, in Mobile, Alabama. She accepted Christ at an early age.
She accepted Christ at an early age, as a member of Aimwell Baptist Church. She received her education from the public schools in Mobile, Alabama.
After graduating from high school, Inez met and later married Nathaniel Bishop McCall. Shortly after starting her new life, Inez and Nathaniel relocated to Houston, Texas, where they started their family. To this union, two sons were born, Nathaniel McCall and Andre' R. McCall.
Inez worked in the Food Service Department at Texas Southern University for over 20 years, before retiring. Her and her children were baptized at The Garden of Gethsamene Baptist Church, later became a member of the South Union Missionary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by both parents: Noah and Louvine King; her husband, Nathaniel Bishop McCall, Sr.; one sister, Verdell Dotson; one brother, James King; grandson, Andre Gaston and her great-granddaughter, Sommer Nevaeh Johnson.
She leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Nathaniel B. McCall, Jr. and Andre R. McCall; three grandchildren: Daniel T. Johnson (Meka), Ari’Ellen Inez Johnson (Ricka) and bonus granddaughter, Timesha Johnson (Aaron); four great-grandsons: Ja’Shawn Jenkins, Daniel T. Lee Johnson, Nathaniel Johnson and King Johnson; two sisters: Jeanette Jones (Charles) of California and Barbara Ann Monton of Alabama; four brothers: Forrest Washington (Sandy), Larry King of Alabama, Willie Earl King of Ohio and Noah King of California and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
