George Sanders

George Sanders was born on September 20, 1926, to Maggie Ford and Preston Sanders in Wharton, Texas. As a young boy, George and his family relocated to Houston, Texas.

On March 26, 1952, George was drafted into the US Marine Corp. After serving his country, George became a Master Electrician. 

George passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Harbor Hospice Facility with his wife Theresa Sanders by his side.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Maggie Sanders and his daughter, Glenda.

George is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Sanders; six children, one brother, two sisters, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
