Errol was born and raised on the southeast side of Houston, Texas. He was a gentle, kind-hearted individual whose warm spirit and caring nature touched the lives of all who knew him. Known for his sweet disposition and genuine concern for others, Errol possessed a quiet strength that drew people to him and left a lasting impression.

At an early age, Errol accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and united with Greater Lighthouse Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Pastor Colemon Perry. There, he faithfully served as a member of the choir and helped form a singing group with fellow choir members. Through his love of music, fellowship, and ministry, Errol made meaningful contributions to both the church and the community. In later years, he united with Silverlake Church under the leadership of Pastor Reginald DeVaughn, Sr., where he remained a faithful and devoted member. His walk with God was marked by humility, gratitude, and unwavering faith.

Education was always important to Errol, and he distinguished himself as an exceptional student throughout his life. He attended Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions before completing his secondary education at Ross Shaw Sterling High School, graduating in 1991. His academic excellence earned him a full scholarship to The University of Texas at Austin. Demonstrating a lifelong commitment to learning, he furthered his education at Houston Community College and Texas Southern University. During his high school years, Errol also excelled as a basketball player, balancing academics and athletics with discipline and determination.

Possessing a strong work ethic and a natural ability to lead and connect with others, Errol developed valuable management and marketing skills early in life. Driven by a desire to serve something greater than himself, he proudly enlisted in the United States Army. After completing Basic Training at Fort Benning, Georgia, he was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Serving in the Communications field as his Military Occupational Specialty, Errol demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and professionalism, ultimately attaining the rank of Sergeant. His military service reflected his character, discipline, and unwavering commitment to duty. Following his honorable retirement from the military, Errol continued his passion for communications by building a successful career as a telecommunications specialist with Logix Communications, where he earned the respect and admiration of colleagues through his knowledge, integrity, and dedication to excellence.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Errol found great joy in life's simple pleasures. An avid reader, he loved expanding his knowledge and exploring new ideas through books. Sports were another passion, particularly basketball, which remained a lifelong source of enjoyment. Whether watching a game, discussing sports, or catching the latest ESPN highlights, Errol's enthusiasm was unmistakable.

Errol also treasured time spent with family and friends. He enjoyed friendly competition and fellowship through card games, dominoes, poker, chess, board games, pool, ping-pong, fishing, and video games. These moments brought him immense happiness and provided opportunities to create lasting memories with those he loved. In quieter times, he enjoyed relaxing with a good movie and appreciating the simple blessings of life.

Errol's life was a beautiful reflection of faith, education, service, perseverance, and love. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, integrity, wisdom, and devotion that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him. His memory will be cherished, his example honored, and his impact forever remembered with deep respect, gratitude, and love.

Errol was preceded in death by his beloved Maternal grandfather, Eddie Williams II, his paternal Grandfather, Orlean Jones Sr., grandmother, Josie Bisor, his maternal Uncle Christopher Williams, and  his cousin Desmond Fitzgerald . Their love, guidance, and presence played a meaningful role in his life, and their memories will forever be cherished by all who knew them.

Errol leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving wife, Tambra Williams; his son, Errol Williams II; and his daughters, T’shaunti, Teyonce, and Talilyah Williams. He is also survived by his father, Eddie Williams III (Ramonia); his mother, Betty Garcia (Charles); his sisters, Tanika Solomon (Keith) and Tayia Semper (Sheldon); his grandmother, Nora Williams; his mother-in-law Helen Marting; his father-in-law Curly Momon, his stepsister, D’anna Dirden; and his stepbrothers, Anthony and Brian Dirden. 

In addition, he leaves behind a host of relatives, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish and honor the legacy of faith, service, and love that he so beautifully embodied.
