We are here today to remember a remarkable man—my dad. He was a loving father, a devoted family man, and a friend to many. His life was a testament to the values he held dear: love, family, hard work, and faith.
Dad's love for his family was the cornerstone of his existence. Many of us will remember the joy of riding ATVs with him, the wind in our faces as we explored the outdoors together. He cherished every moment spent with his children, creating memories that we will hold onto forever. And who could forget his singing and dancing? He had a way of turning any ordinary moment into a celebration. His laughter was infectious, and his spirit brought joy to all who knew him. Whether he was cheering us on from the sidelines or simply offering a comforting presence, he always made us feel loved and supported. And, of course, he had a knack for giving everyone he met a unique nickname, a testament to his playful spirit and genuine interest in others.
Beyond his love for family and fun, C-Green was incredibly intelligent and creative. He loved writing and poetry, pouring his thoughts and feelings onto the page. His words had a way of touching our hearts and minds, offering wisdom and inspiration. Above all, Dad was a man of unwavering faith. He found strength and guidance in his relationship with God, and he lived his life according to those principles. His kindness, compassion, and generosity touched the lives of countless people, leaving a lasting impact on our community. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will continue to shine brightly in our hearts."
