Alfred Lee Dubose, Sr.

Alfred Lee DuBose, affectionately known as “BUTCH”, was born on October 3rd, 1954, in Mobile, Alabama, to Lee Dell and Norma Louise DuBose. He accepted Christ into his life at an
early age. 

Butch had deep love for rock & roll music, fishing, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.

He departed this life on December 19th, 2025, at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, unexpectedly, and surrounded by his loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lee Dell and Norma Louise DuBose; his brothers, Perry, James, and Joseph DuBose; and his sisters: Peggy Harvey and Angela DuBose.

Left to cherish his memories are his baby brother Victor DuBose; sons Alfred Jr and Zachary DuBose; bonus son Demetrius Harvey (DeShunna); several grandchildren and 1 great
granddaughter; his significant other, Jacqueline Marks; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and dear friends.
